3️⃣ Item Not as Described
If the item:
* Is different from what was shown
* Is incorrect product
* Has major quality issues
👉 In these cases, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund.
Claim Time Frame
* You must report an issue within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged/wrong items)
* For non-delivery, report within 7 days after expected delivery date
What You Need To Provide
To process your claim, you must provide:
* Unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)
* Clear photos of product
* Order ID
Resolution Options
After reviewing your case, PorwalCart will:

OR
✔ Issue a full refund to original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Return Shipping Responsibility
* If the issue is our fault → We cover return/replacement cost
* If customer changes mind → Return shipping is customer responsibility
What Is Not Covered
