Refund policy

At PorwalCart we want you to shop with complete confidence. We follow the same buyer-friendly return terms we offer on our eBay store.

30-Day Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with all seals intact (for health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened wellness, food and personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect).

Free Return Shipping

We pay for return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label or reimburse your return postage.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps us resolve it faster). We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.

Items Not Delivered

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date and we will track it, reship it or refund you in full.

How to Start a Return

Email info.porwalcart@gmail.com or WhatsApp/call +91 92894 18852 with your order number and the reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve your claim), we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. Contact us as soon as possible; once an order has been dispatched it can be returned under this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used wellness, Ayurvedic, homeopathic, food and personal-care products (unless damaged, defective or incorrect)
  • Sale items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
