PorwalCart offers FREE shipping on all orders to every country we deliver to — no minimum order value and no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

Where We Ship

We ship authentic Indian products from India to customers worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Germany, Spain, Singapore and many more countries. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most international orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can vary by destination, courier and customs clearance, especially during festivals and peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or contact us with your order number and we will share the latest status.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Any such charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you need to change it, contact us before your order ships. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will track your parcel and, where needed, send a free replacement or a full refund as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
